Petrol motor drive
The very robust motor mount arrangement has been designed to cater for petrol motors of various sizes and either Kohler or Honda. All controls for, electric ignition of motors, engaging of belts, raising and lowering of the mobile grain auger and engaging of Assist Wheels, if that option is selected, are all located on the left hand side of grain augers for efficient operation.
PTO Drive
PTO Drive grain augers are generally more popular with grain users than grain growers. They are designed to be powered from what would otherwise be the petrol motor mount. This means tractor will be positioned further away from silo if outloading. PTO is a very cost effective option.
Hydraulic Drive
Hydraulic Drive grain augers are generally more popular with grain users than grain growers. They are very simple and because they have fewer working parts are generally more safe than mechanical augers.
3 Phase Electric Drive
3 Phase Electric Drive is most popular with dairies, feed mills and grain store facilities where 3 phase power is available. Electric motors are very quiet and are a very simple option.
